This page explains what information Threshold collects when you use this site, why, and who it's shared with. Threshold builds and hosts websites and marketing dashboards for small businesses; this policy covers the onboarding site you're on now, not any individual client's website built through it.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, business name, and any message you write.
  • Onboarding (/start): if you've received an invite, the business details you enter (what you do, where you're located, and anything else you tell us) so we can build and configure your site and dashboard.
  • Account access: if you share Facebook or Instagram credentials during onboarding, we use them only to configure and run your ad campaigns and social posting.

Why we collect it

Solely to review your lead, build and deploy your site and dashboard, and keep it running. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who it's shared with

  • Resend, to send lead-notification emails.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database (D1).
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for the ad and posting access you explicitly share.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and credentials you provide during onboarding are used only to configure your own site and dashboard.
