These terms cover your use of Threshold's onboarding site and the website and marketing dashboard we build for you. Threshold builds and hosts websites and marketing dashboards for small businesses — property managers, restaurant groups, dental and medical groups, franchise owners, and similar operators. By using this site or going through onboarding, you're agreeing to the terms below.
Threshold designs, builds, and hosts a website for your business, plus an optional marketing dashboard for managing things like ads and your business listing. What's included is scoped during onboarding before any work begins.
Once your site is handed off, you own your code, your domain, and your hosting accounts outright. Nothing about working with Threshold locks you in — you're always free to take everything we've built for you and move on, with no strings attached.
If you share account access (for example, Facebook or Instagram credentials) during onboarding, we use it only to configure your own site and dashboard, and we never use it for any other purpose or share it beyond what's needed to build your instance.
There's a one-time setup fee to build your site. Ongoing support and management are available through a monthly retainer, but that retainer is optional and month-to-month — there's no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
We build and host the site and dashboard as described above, to a professional standard. Beyond that, we don't make any promises — written or implied — that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described here. If something breaks, tell us and we'll work with you to fix it.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
